CNNfn was running a focus group meter throughout the entire debate and every time Cheney spoke, the meter pegged toward the positive, when Edwards spoke, it went flatline or dumped into the negative.

THAT must of caused Aaron, Judy, Paula and Woofie to gnash their teeth! Interesting feature though.

As a defense contractor for 20 years, I know that the only reason you get a sole source contract is if the gov't has justified that you are indeed a sole source.
