did anyone see edwards drinking the coffee or water and 'had' to stick his tong out towards Cheney? I hope someone can do a frame shot of that.
They probably started before Cheney finished his first sentence. But that's okay, while they were frantically voting, I got to enjoy Cheney verbally kicking Edwards a$$ all over the stage.

It was difficult work to watch Bush v. Kerry. I loved the Cheney-Edwards contest.
Cheney was saying that North Carolina'ns were calling johnny the 'senator gone' for what he did for them.
That is a great question. CeCe Connoly is an empthy dress. Actually (and it somewhat pains me to say this as a Fox News regular who respects Brit Hume) Fox News has some of the most lame commentators on TV. Mort and Fred are a couple of stumbling, muttering pukes. Bill Kristol is Tucker Carlson in a necktie. CeCe is a moron. Juan is an idiot...

I've been flipping so I'm not exactly sure where I heard this, but I think it was Chrissy Mathews. Said that Elizabeth Edwards is already putting out a statement that Cheney and Edwards had already met at a prayer breakfast!
What about Edwards tearing out that piece of paper while Cheney was responding? He made a few big blunders.

Cheney did SO much better than Bush, was SO in command of much of this "debate," that it will be spun that this shows what a pathetic President W is. Why, his VP is better and stronger and smarter than he. That and, "We saw once again who the REAL President is."

I love Cheney - always have, but now he's one of my heroes. Cheney b*tch-slapped Kerry's b*tch - I loved it.
Debate was great IMO, although I already see the dims with their talking points: Cheney was old, dry, etc. Edwards was great, in control, blah blah blah. Edwards won even though the debate (esp. the second half) was boring, fizzled, etc. I was laughing outloud at Edwards during his 2 min. closing it was such a joke. Haven't heard any pundits say anything yet about Edwards' classless low-blow having to use the word "gay" to describe the Cheney's daughter. IMHO, it was no contest - Cheney won hands down!
Bush is giving a big speech tomorrow am, National Review Online said it would set up the debate Friday night. Bush is expected to really hit Kerry hard in that speech tomorrow. After tonight's knockout by Cheney, it will be especially satisfying.

Kerry's idea for a ban on the bunker busters was, to me, the most shocking idea he has had yet. I thought much more would have been made about that, but there has been almost no mention of it.
Yeah, it shows a rather shocking insite into the shallow, ideololgocally drive mind of Sen John Kerry. In that one comment Sen Kerry showed the world that he saw NO difference between the US having Nuclear weapons and rouge states like North Korea or Iran!!!! I mean, the more you think about it the more insane it gets! John Kerry thinks the USA is no more to be trusted with Nukes (despite having them for 60 years) the a state sponsor of Terrorism like IRAN!!!!!!

They were hoping to film a police chase around the podium or if lucky, get some shots of magma and searing hot ash flowing out of Edward's ears, Perterson putting cement shoes on the moderator, Geralso Rivera to get stabbed by Edward's flailing pen, or best of all, four hurricanes to show up and wash out the whole event.
Clinton used Halliburton with no bid contracts in Bosnia and Ksosvo. Surprised Cheney didn't stick that in Edwards ear but then again there wasn't any more room.
