CINDYDAWG She loves to sun on my trampoline. Before she broke her hip she would leap and fly thru the air onto it. Now, we have to help her up.

Sheba is a Wolf/Husky mix; Wolf dog we rescued when she was 3-4 weeks old. Shebop is my first love. I'm her dog mama.

Sadie is....a slut puppy. '-0) She's a Shepherd/Border Collie mix from our local shelter who adopted us. There's nothing sweeter than our Sadie.

JB is a Basset Hound we rescued from the streets of Tallasee, AL. What a love this one is. So affectionate and gentle, but she takes no prisoners when it comes to the big girls.

Our last dog, Tiny, was put to sleep 2 years ago this last April. He cried all the while saying "I hate dogs" so I don't know if he'll really want another. He doesn't want to go through it again. We have a cat, Mandy that's 21. She's getting a little "tetched" and we're worried her sense will go before she does.

I really want a CKCS and it would get me to walk everyday besides giving Hubbys cat, Nimh, a buddy. Golly. Was that more than you wanted to know? LOL!!!

What a great thread! I missed the first one. I am a dog lover for sure, having two fur persons of my own. We just got a little 10 week old Bishon to join our now 9 year old Maltese! They are not adjusting to each other well, in fact, Lambchop, my eldest hates Misty, the new baby! Anyone tell me if this will ever work out? We are at our wits end over this. The pup wants to play, and attacks Lambchop until he is hiding and not wanting to come in the house!!! Any advice out there?

As I said...
He's young, he'll get over it. Daddy Mac is only a few years older than I so I insist that he's just a baby whipper snapper. Besides, our pup friends keep us better than we could be on our own! You tell him ol' Mama Dog said he has to. My bite IS worse than my bark. *snort* right back at ya'!
