Mary Mapes has just been outed as a law breaker by Fox News.It seems that she was caught red handed by a Colorado federal penitentiary warden trying to put prisoners in touch with each other through a scheme involving the prison mail system. In violation of federal regulations.One of the prisoners was referred to as Peter Langan a white supremacist. Who is Peter Langan ? Is he possibly one of the people who killed James Byrd ? What is Mary Mapes trying to cover up possibly additional facts discovered during CBS investigation of the dragging death of Byrd.Facts which may not have been brought to lite at that time. Please post if you have any info on Peter Langan.

Peter Langan, 38, who called himself ``Commander Pedro,'' was convicted of all five charges against him in the 1994 robberies of a bank in Columbus and one in a suburb of Cincinnati.
He still faces trial on charges in connection with 20 other bank heists in seven states that the government says the gang committed in 1994 and 1995 to support its white supremacist activities.
The government has alleged that Langan was the leader of the gang, known as both the Aryan Republican Army and the Midwestern Bank Bandits.
He faces up to life in prison, with a minimum mandatory penalty of 35 years, the U.S. Attorney's office said. No sentencing date was set.
Langan, who did not testify, was arrested in Columbus early last year after a gun battle with FBI agents and police. He told reporters then: ``I'm just another innocent person caught up in the tyrannical legal system. Power to the people. Up with the revolution.''
Langan and four other alleged white supremacists were indicted on Jan. 30 in Philadelphia on charges of conspiracy in seven bank robberies and receiving stolen money, and are to go on trial later this year.
Three of them, including Langan, also were charged last year with robbing a total of 22 banks scattered across Ohio, Iowa, Wisconsin, Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas and Kentucky.
A sixth man, Richard Lee Guthrie Jr., 38, pleaded guilty in July to 19 of the bank robberies but was found hanged in his jail cell nine days later, an apparent suicide.
Oklahoma City bombing defendant Timothy McVeigh's sister, Jennifer, has been quoted as telling the FBI that her brother helped plan some of the Midwest bank robberies and asked her to launder some of the loot. McVeigh's lawyer, Stephen Jones, said McVeigh was only joking.
Yikes...despite the denial by the lawyer, if McVeigh actually did plan these...this supports Jayna Davis' theory.
PETER LANGAN ("Commander Pedro") is the son of a CIA employee and a Wheaton High School dropout. Langan converted to Mormonism in 1988, but then became an ordained minister in a "Ku Klux Klan-affiliated church." Langan formed the "Aryan Republican Army" and produced a recruitment video entitled "The Aryan Republican Army Presents: The Armed Struggle Underground." Langan was arrested after robbing a Pizza Hut in Georgia in 1992 with RICHARD GUTHERIE. But he was sprung from jail by the Secret Service after agreeing to become an informant for them. The Secret Service wanted him to find Gutherie, who had threatened President George Bush. But after Langan re-established contact with Gutherie, the two men instead joined together for a spree of bank robberies. Langan was arrested in January 1996 after the FBI fired 50 rounds of ammunitions at him (he did not return fire) in Columbus, Ohio, and missed. Langan was charged with taking part in 22 bank robberies and convicted on February 10, 1997. Langan's lover Cherie Roberts appeared at the trial, referring to Langan as her "wife", whom she called "Donna". In their relationship, Roberts said, she dressed as a man, while Langan dressed as a woman and assumed a female role.
RICHARD LEE GUTHERIE confessed to 19 bank robberies on behalf of the Aryan Republican Army after being arrested by the FBI in Cincinnati in January 1996. Shortly after making a sealed deal with the FBI, and after telling The Los Angeles Times he was writing a tell-all book, he was found hanged by a bedsheet from a ceiling vent in his Covington, Kentucky, jail cell (Tanya Bricking, "Robber Commits Suicide," Cincinnati Enquirer, July 13, 1996). Gutherie was being held by the U.S. Marshal Service in the Kenton County Jail as a federal prisoner. More than a decade previously, Gutherie had tried to become a member of an elite Seals unit after joining the Navy, but was courtmarshaled in 1983 for allegedly painting a swastika on the side of a ship. He then studied engineering. In a series of bank robberies undertaken with PETER LANGAN, SCOTT STEDEFORD, and KEVIN MCCARTHY in 1994-5, Gutherie and the other members of the group variously wore Nixon, Reagan, and Clinton masks, Santa Claus suits, and ATF or FBI jackets. They left real and fake explosives at the scene to facilitate their getaway. The first holdup was a bank in Ames, Iowa, undertaken in January 1994 after Secret Service snitch and transsexual LANGAN re-established contact with Gutherie. But when "Wild Bill" Gutherie later began to act too crazy for the other members of the group, he was cut out of the action. So Gutherie went solo and robbed two banks in Cincinnati before being captured by the FBI. Gutherie then led the FBI to Langan's door, and agreed to testify against the other three members before his death.
Langan said he plans to testify that at least three fellow gang members were in Oklahoma around the time of the bombing and one later told him that they had become involved.

"It was not until Mr. Earnest (Nichols lawyer) found the attached prepaid telephone calling card account records in Peter Langan's BOMBROB file in Mr. Cash's office that the defense had any idea that some of numbers in the OKBOMB file were connected to the Midwest bank bandits," the motion states.

You might want to check out this story...it is related to the OKC Bombing. Mary Mapes apparently gave assistance to Peter Langan in prison and broke the law in the process. Langan was on the witness list to testify at Terry Nichol's trial. Do you know who has the ping list?
