Court ruling and technical questions in Nbr 39.
If a judge is is wrong, they can be overruled by a higher court.
But if the whole judicial process (from selection of the judges, to the writing of the law in the first place, to the re-writing or re-interpretation of the law by corrupt judges) is corrupt and hand-cuffed to party politics, what is the recourse?

Sounds like somebody forgot that New Mexico is part of the United States now, eh?!Yes, and it's a very common thing. People usually think we are part of Mexico. LOL!
Oh, well, "goin'down home" means different things to different folks, but we all expect them to "leave it there" when they come back to their real jobs.
It's almost impossible to fight the corruption in NM politics, but it's gotten worse with Bill Richardson as our Governor. He learned new tricks when he was in Clinton's arena.

come on....no judge would be that stupid. Are you reffering to him actually really resigning or being stupid in making that ruling to strike off Nader?

Worse of all worlds. Next step up, cuz voters for national offices bump into equal protection of the US Constitution. You're not in the nutty 9th, are you?

This is the same, false issue that the Democrats raised and the lower court bought, in Pennsylvania. For the reasons in the appeals brief in the Pa. Supreme Court (which I helped to write), this should be laughed out of court (excuse me, reversed on appeal).
The trial judge, if that's her who made a $1,000 contribution to Kerry, should be strongly disciplined, and her opinion thrown out as a matter of course.

What's really sad here is that the judge can sit right there and say, "Yeah, I did it, now shove it!" As usual, the people have no recourse against corrupt judges. Is Congress going to do something? They're every bit as corrupt as the judicial branch.
