This is too good to be true--you know the libs are running scared when the NY Times calls and they "...can't be reached for comment."
Got 'em!

I know you hate the Times as much as anyone, but you must see it as a little progress when they refer to Michael Moore as "...the leftist film maker..."

I noticed that also and raised my eyebrows, but then I thought the pubbies must have hired him. Perhaps not...

Maybe he's running their internals, but somehow I doubt that to be the case. Of course, At one point he was the darling of the right, but that changed after the last election.

Well, he's not a disinterested party when it comes to the middle east and this can put him at odds with the pubbies.

But they also stress that policies matter more than purchases. So, in other words, as long as they SAY the will do something, it doesn't matter if they follow through with it. Typical lib hypocrisy...

...or at least purchases made by rich, self-obsessed *ssholes like Streisand, Moore, David, Huffington, etc. don't matter as much as what they say (and, of course,
donate to the spokesmen's causes).
They don't even know how contemptible and utterly ridiculous they are.

Since when is Zogby a Republican Pollster? If it doesn't contain at least one blatant error, it would not be the New York Times.

Leftist politics is all about narcissism and envy. The reason many rich people get involved in leftism is to try to deflect envy and resentment. It's all a decoy.
The rich enjoy a 15% flat tax rate since they live off capital gains only. What do they care if the Democrats raise the working stiff tax rate to 60%?

A recent biographer claims that "Let them eat cake" was actually spoken by Marie-Therese, wife of France's Louis XIV, 100 years before Marie Antoinette, but we couldn't find anything online to corroborate this. Ultimately, we will probably never know who uttered this infamous phrase.
