"The brilliant Republicans who put George Bush in a flight suit to strut around an aircraft carrier won't get very far giving advice to NASA about the kinds of coveralls to wear," said Kerry campaign spokesman David Wade.

The Kerry camp is in an impossible spot with that over-top ridiculous photo, but, sheesh! a learning-disabled fourth-grader could come up with a better quip than Wade's.

Visiting the space shuttle Discovery, Kerry donned dust-free overalls that made him resemble the sperm cells in Woody Allen's "Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Sex (But Were Afraid To Ask)."

ROFLMAO! Too damn funny. I think it was Hugh Hewitt who first noted the Allen comparison.

"The brilliant Republicans who put George Bush in a flight suit to strut around an aircraft carrier won't get very far giving advice to NASA about the kinds of coveralls to wear," said Kerry campaign spokesman David Wade.

The difference is, W looked great in the flight suit, and Kerry looks like even more of a dork than he usually does in that getup.

The dumazz reporter didn't even know what "hatch" that was. Kerry was crawling out of the orbiter crew module.

Bill Clinton: When we needed a doofus to send to the Convention and to lose in November, paving the way for Hilly, John Kerry said, "Send me. See, I'm a perfect doofus. I learned stupid photo-op tricks from the best--Michael Dukakis."

...At the Kennedy Center, her husband violated the cardinal rule of politics — getting his picture taken in a ridiculous outfit...

What's so ridiculous about a clean-room suit??

These suits are worn by many workers all the way from space center techs to computer hard drive manufacturers.

Yeah, they're a b*tch to wear 8 hours a day and I spent many days wearing one at KSC. But I was damn proud to wear one and be a part of the space program.

I guess some people think that any suit other than a three-piece business suit is ridiculous. How elitist is that?

Uh...Senor Wade? President Bush was wearing that flight suit because HE'D JUST GOTTEN OUT OF THE COCKPIT OF AN EA-6B PROWLER, YOU THUNDERING MORON! It's kind of required to wear that rig...y'know, ejection seats, parachutes, G-suits, oxygen, all that sort of thing?

Oh never mind. Wade probably gets the vapors if he has to fly coach.

OKAY now, Candidate Kooky Kerry goes to visit the Space Shuttle Discovery.

Does he have a plan to fly Space Shuttles again or is this merely a trip through a museum?

Space shuttles are grounded now after the last disastrous reentry.

A bunch of PR signifying nothing.

Huh? Women are still swooning over that. Photo-Op? I don't care if it was Photo-Shop - hubba, hubba.

Do these people actually exist on the same planet with us? The last thing this spokesman should have done is remind people of the flight suit pics - geez.

I saw that clip of him throwing out the ball at the sox-Yankee game and I couldn`t believe it. I think my 90 year old Grandmother could throw further and harder than that. And was that a military guy catching it (or trying to?)? Very symbolic I thought. A wet noodle to lead our military. NOT!

Yeah, right David, W looked pretty silly in the flight suit didn't he. He looked totally out of his element. He seemed awkward. If your hatred for Bush is so strong that it distorts your perception that much, then you will not have the ability to get through a campaign. Let's face it: W is presidential and Horseface isn't. All your whining about a very natural and charming George W greeting the troops on the aircraft carrier will not change that.

What is your next argument, that Kerry's bouncing girlie throw was really a better pitch than the strike that W threw (from the pitching rubber where the real men stand to pitch)?
