Oh, I LIKE this! They don't have to play "Mother May I?"
Bagdad Bob not make the list?
I will bet he turns up with his own carpet store or liquor store in LA, real soon!
I doubt they will be able to bring that up in court. I think the courts will get right to the business of hanging these guys, IMHO.
Everything should be so simple!! Wouldn't that be super?
"Ali Hasan al-Majid, also known as Chemical Ali for his role in chemical weapons attacks against the Kurds; Number five on the most wanted list"
I thought we killed this guy on like 3 different occasions?
"Those Iraqi District Prosecutors are going to be roasting their stomachs in Hell..."
And do you think an Iraqi court will give a fig what they say?
I don't.

We will be Orange by Friday. There is smoke coming from the chiminy and trouble is brewing. They have to catch these guys.
-"You know that right out of the box they are all going to allege prison brutality. Of course. And of course, they will have many supporters, not least of all the American/European mainstream media whores."-
And, that'll be the only "news" the parasites will report on during any trials.
I would have liked it better if they had added at least a couple of names that aren't already "caught".

Anybody know what they're going for on eBay 8-?
Everything must go! Due to unforseen illness in the family, Bob's Carpets is liquidating all assets. Final weekend is now! Prices slashed to the bone! Remnants, room-to-room and swatches, all must be gone this Sunday! Come in for best deal, now!
I will be surprised if this last out the year.
The longer these men are alive, the longer they are a focal point for resistance and the possiblility of blackmail or prison breaks.
I suspect justice will be swift in this case.

lol.. There is NO 9th Circus Court to appeal to in Iraq. ;-)

I agree that it will get worse before it gets better, but we didn't start the fire.
I'm just glad that the New Iraqi Government will be allowed to handle this. They can take the best obvious measures while we have to play legal games.
Look at the Peterson case out here in California. Everyone knows the guy did it; but the law allows for all kinds of "Mother May I" games to be played.
...but that's another issue....
LOL. Reminds me of a bar in San Diego I visited in the early 1970's on the same night the bar was having its "5th Annual Going Out Of Business Sale".
EXACTLY, Norm!!!!!!!!!!!!! No 9th Circus!!!!
I betcha these guys will be spoliing their underwear when they are really turned over to the Iraqis in the future. I would not be surpised there will not be some kind of torture involved. The American guards said Saddam did admit his biggest fear was being turned over the the Iraqis.
Especially the guards that come into Saddam's cell at night asking where his Shite family members are.
Justice can never be served; but this is the next best thing.
Justice implies that the victim deserved what he got just as the villan deserves it. It can't happen.
This will have to do.
