KHOBAR, Saudi Arabia, May 31 The Saudi police were waiting today to question Nimr Al-Bigami, the critically wounded ringleader of the four gunmen who terrorized a luxury residential compound for foreigners over the weekend in a kidnapping and killing spree that left 22 people dead and 25 wounded.

Sorry, but only article available if you are registered with the Times
I found it on Google news
Gee! I hope that they don't mistreat him or take his clothes.
My guess is that he won't be wearing womens underwear on his head while being led around on a dog lease.
It'll probably be a little bit more unpleasent than that.

They can get this guy to talk if they put grannie panties on his head.
If he's in a coma as the article states, I don't see how the police have much choice but to wait.
I would say the prognosis for his recovery of the ability to speak is poor
VERY poor.

If.
OTOH, lots of bad things can happen to someone they don't want to be around implicate Saudi government officials. A bit too much morphine, potassium in his IV drip, etc.
No investigation if he dies, Saudi police and military count coup on him and get credit for their actions, and no one important get exposed...
The militants had held the resort overnight, apparently picking off victims as they encountered them.
"They were found all over the place, some of them in the corridors and others near the entrance and some on the steps," one Saudi witness said.
"The gunmen were going through the compound and either shooting people or letting them go," the Western diplomat said. "They shot non-Muslims and they let the Muslims go."
Thanks!
The most important intelligence gathering occurs immediately after capture, before the other cells have time to change plans, locations, codes, etc.
Let me get this straight.
There were four terrorists.
One terrorist, the "ring leader" was captured alive.
Three other gunmen held hostages at gunpoint and used them as cover to escape in a stolen car. It was unclear what happened to those hostages, but checkpoints set up on major highways around this city on the Persian Gulf were examining all cars.
Tell me again how effective the Saudi military is!
Someone please tell me how 3/4 of the terrorists escaped while being surrounded with helicopter support to track the escaping vehicle??
Muqrin should be cooling his heels in a Saudi jail instead of leading jihad in the Kingdom.
In 1997 Al-Muqrin was fighting against Ethiopa in the Ogaden province when he was captured by Ethiopian authorities and extradited to Saudi Arabia at the Kingdom's request. He was sentenced to eight years in prison. In the summer of 2001, having served half his sentence, the Interior Ministry released Muqrin for having memorized the Koran.
If he had served the full eight years Muqrin would have been on ice until the summer of 2005.

"OFF WIT' HIS CLOTHES!!!" "TAKE NAKED PICTURES OF HIM!!!"
Nope. They'll cut his head off, then try to get him to talk.
I'm betting that these guys have had contact with OBL.
Quiz is such an odd word in this comtext:
"What is the fastest animal in the world"
"Who is buried in Grant's Tomb!"
"What is the longest River on Earth!"
