All student submissions are electronic and limited to a defined format, typically MS Word. These student "papers" are then processed by a proprietary data base search program which checks for plagiarism and compares writing styles from previous submissions.
The program is very effective in predicting fraud and has had a chilling effect on student cheating.
Sounds like a worthwhile expense for secondary education.
Then what? Kicked out of the class/school?
I took music appreciation as a liberal arts elective in college (I know - music appreciation - but it was a liberal arts elective and I was choosing the lesser of many evils).
As a weekly assignment, the prof had us go to the library with a cassette tape and copy some piece of music, usually classical, which we listened to and wrote about. Boring, right? Sure was, but a classmate and I turned it into a competition to see who could write the cheesiest, bulls--t-ridden paper. We would include stuff like, "The tonal quality of this masterful piece stirs the soul and allows the mind to soar to unknown heights...". Points were given on how many accolades the prof wrote on our submitted tripe.
My buddy eventually won when he managed to use the phrase, "...the cornucopia of sounds..." in one of his papers. Judging by the comments the prof made on his paper, we both suspected he had an orgasm after reading that.
I had one of those just last semester. He got his material from two separate web sites.
Some higher ed institutions now purchase anti-plagiarism software for faculty--software that is geared to go beyond google when it comes, especially, to those sites selling papers.

An essay on EggsAckley
In order to understand our selves, we must first understand EggsAckley. I find my self constantly drawn back to the subject of EggsAckley. Cited by many as the single most important influence on post modern micro eco compartmentalism, EggsAckley is featuring more and more in the ideals of the young and upwardly mobile. Since it was first compared to antidisestablishmentarianism much has been said concerning EggsAckley by those most reliant on technology, who form the last great hope for our civilzation. Though I would rather be in bed I will now examine the primary causes of EggsAckley.
Social Factors
There is cultural and institutional interdependence between members of any community. When Thucictholous said 'people only know one thing' [1] he globalised an issue which had remained buried in the hearts of our ancestors for centuries. Much has been said about the influence of the media on EggsAckley. Observers claim it is quite good.
Special care must be taken when analysing such a delicate subject. On the other hand anyone that disagrees with me is an idiot. It grows stonger every day.
Economic Factors
We no longer live in a world which barters 'I'll give you three cows for that hat, its lovely.' Our existance is a generation which cries 'Hat - $20.' We will begin by looking at the Lead-a-Duck-to-Water model of economics. Inflation
EggsAckley
When displayed this way it becomes very clear that EggsAckley is of great importance. Even a child could work out that inflation will continue to follow EggsAckley for the foreseeable future. Perhaps to coin a phrase EggsAckleyeconomics will be the buzz word of the century
Political Factors
Politics has in some areas been seen to embrace an increasing ananiathesis of intergovernmentalism leading to neo-functionalism. Contrasting the numerous political activists campaigning for the interests of EggsAckley can be like looking at pre and post war views of EggsAckley.
To quote award winning journalist Maximilian Bootlegger 'Man's greatest enemy is complacency with regards to personal and political hygiene.' [2] This quotation leads me to suspect that he was not unaccustomed to EggsAckley. It speaks volumes. I feel strongly that if politicians spent less time thinking about EggsAckley and put more effort into their family life, that we would have a very different country.
The question which we must each ask ourselves is, will we allow EggsAckley to win our vote?
Conclusion
We can say with certainty EggsAckley plays a large part in the lives of all. It replenishes the self, brought up a generation and figures show it's a winning formular.
One final thought from the talented Christina Beckham: 'I demand EggsAckley, nothing more nothing less.' [3]
