your cries for China's birthright to free US software and smears of American businesses are getting quite boring.

And you've just totally mischaracterized what I said.

We actually do have some middle ground here, but you're too mad (note that I didn't say "angry") to notice.

73; Out.

I guess it's okay to give the Chinese money, help them fix their missile guidance systems, educate their young, buy their stuff, give them our jobs, etc... that's all fine and dandy with Golden Ego.

But don't even think about letting them have any free software!

I knew you'd post some complete lie like this, as soon as I left. Let the record show it.

Gold Eagle Out.

ROFL. Yep, especially since MS couldn't sell their junk product for extraordinary licensing fees and traps to the not dumb enough to go for it Chinese.. Note how he dutifully ignored that. I'm sure he and Bob are having fun watching the game lol

You defend what sleazy "American" businesses are doing to this country's economy and security, and insult me for calling attention to it?

And then go run off and hide?

Fine. Don't bother posting to me again because I won't answer.

You do realize that Iron Pyrite Fowl never seems to post to threads that don't attempt to dump on M$.

Rather than attempting to answer his questions, which he squirms out of answering, it would be best to query him with questions he doesn't want to answer. Rather than answering his questions, it would be better to pose questions to him and hold him to answer.

Game over. So the Chinese are smarter than the Americans, at least according to you. They don't need any of our for-sale products, like Unix or Apple either. They very well may be smarter than the Americans, they're a hell of a lot smarter than you.

BTW will you finally admit you were wrong and that ADTI is in fact coin-op funded by MS?

When you admit that IBM is Groklaw's benefactor, perhaps.

Don't you ever get tired of slamming Americans? Apparently not.

Thank you for your confirmation that your employer, Microsoft, is behind the SCO attack on LINUX. You would not be interested in discrediting Torvalds as the author of LINUX if Microsoft did not want you to do so.

It makes little practical difference if Torvalds didn't write Linux.

Brown has never written an O/S kernel. Tanenbaum and Torvalds have. I think I'd sooner believe those with the experience rather than someone who doesn't know.

Tanenbaum took well over a year to write the Minix kernel. And yet we're supposed to believe that Torvalds wrote the Linux kernel in a few months. Uh uh. Sorry. Doesn't wash. He consulted the Minix sources, despite his denials.

There's no proof that he did.

Yes, there is. Tanenbaum certainly knew a helluva lot more about writing a kernel that Torvalds -- and it took him 18 months. Torvalds? 3 months. Sorry, I'm not buying Torvalds' denials. The Commie's son stood on the shoulders of giants.

Things from ADTI written by Ken Brown are tainted and untrustworthy.

Things posted by you are tainted and untrustworthy.

I already pointed out this is all you know how to do, more specifically, what of significance HAVE you added to this discussion? Nothing that I can seem to recall, which probably means, nothing, whatsoever. If you think there was something, please point out what you think it might have been. Thx.

I'd love to see Moglen actually take a case to court.

Moglen will get his chance when SCO asks the court to enforce their subpoena. What is FSF hiding? Why do they feel they need to hide behind attorney-client privilege?

Ken Brown is a technical illiterate.

It doesn't take a technical literate to tell that Torvalds couldn't write the Linux kernel in 3 months.
