We were audited by the State of Mo about 5 years ago and I found out that although they weild great power, the individual agents are really pretty nice. We had a couple of mistakes, but they could tell that all in all we try to comply with stuff, so we weren't in a lot of trouble or anything. That's always worked in our favor before -- just showing that you're not out to hide anything or cheat seems to go a long way! It's just going to take a bit, and this was the same co-worker I told you about who has mountains of stuff piled on her right now. Like she needs one more thing! I just feel bad for her! :o) Thanks for the encouragement!
