Saw a U.S. sniper shoot multiple rounds today. He was probably thinking: Got to keep up with the FR thread... one dead terrorist per thread comment. I'm sure of it!

I think you're right!

and another terrorist bites the dust!!!!

I have to respect anyone who places Roosevelt at the bottom of the pile.

But I've got 3 words for you to close my indictment of Wilson:

Graduated Income Tax

Forgot about that. Move Wilson to #41 on the list (ahead of only Clintoon and FDR)

Out of curiosity, who would you place at the top of the list?

For me, it would probably be one of the following:

George Washington
Ronald Reagan
Thomas Jefferson

Washington, then Reagan.

And the clump at third is quite a bit away from those two.

"The original question was whether I thought the U.S. was justified in its involvement in World War II -- both in terms of Germany and Japan."

Secretary Hull stated on July 5, 1940 ......."The Secretary said that its purpose was to prevent aggression in this hemisphere by any non-American power, and likewise to make impossible any further extension to this hemisphere of any non-American system of government imposed from without."

Well that dealt with the Western Hemisphere, I suppose the same applied to the East as well.

I am more than well aware of the sick actions of the Japanese Imperial Army in China, Korea, Southern Asia and the Pacific. The "Rape of Nanking" is just one act of shame on a long list that Japan has yet to face to this day. The actions of their Bio and Chemical weapons secret group in their puppet state of "Manchuko" or Manchuria were even worse!

And if I were a young trooper sitting on some sweltering smelly troop transport off the coast of Japan in July or August of 1945 about to invade the Japanese Mainland- I might not question the A-Bomb droppings.

But from all that I have read and from the our own honorable military leaders- I think those bombings were disgusting and can not be justified by any notion of Christian warfare whatsoever.

You sir, are officious, arrogant, humorless, pompous, and a psychotic loon.

Have seem to have been hanging around with the likes of these.
