Loftus up now:
the WMD search in baghdad today (where we lost some soldiers) is linked to the Jordanian event. alot of the base chemicals came from a perfume factory in Baghdad - it was booby trapped.

I don't see answers in your link--only more uncertainty. What's the scoop?

Keep those of us who don't get Loftus informed.

Why or how are the Jordanians getting these cowards to speak so quickly, and secondly, why are they broadcasting what they are saying? There has to be a reason. There is a reason. The Jordanians are pragmatists. They also have a kingdom, not a democracy whose constitution protects the rights of the accused. I daresay the villains in question have a few more bruises today than they did when apprehended.
Unfortunately, this makes their confessions somewhat questionable. Now the Jordanians have to investigate to corroborate, or at least to find out which details they were being told just to stop the pain.

So did the explosion kill all traces of the chemicals is the question.

(The terrorists and their supporters declared war on the United States - and war is what they got!!!!)

they would only have been base chemicals - not sure as to their volatility.

The King of Jordon is fairly moderate and the citizens do not believe the danger is real from Al Queda. They usually have been secretive about these things. But now with this large attempt, this is an effort to show the people the threat is very real and hence Jordon's moderate cooperation with us IS justified.

The Jordanaires' confession of Al Qaeda???
And their music seemed so wholesome.

At least one reprot indicated these guys may have been roughed up a little.
Not that there's anything WRONG with that, particularly given what these creeps were planning.

The Hasemite King of Jordan is a direct descendent of Mohammed. Is nothing sacred to them (unless the U.S. is doing the attacking of course)?

Thats because the story 10 days ago was a leak. It was very little Data and no confirmation. Now the details and confirmation, thus the media attention.
I notice alot of people are having a hard time understanding this.

This is such a huge story that it's hard to believe the networks haven't mentioned a word.
FNC has had a little on it and CNN even less than that.
