At last our military can render the opponent helpless, approach him while he's lying on the ground shaking and then shoot him at close range. Thank god Don Rumsfeld is the Secretary of Defense at this point in history, though it is particularly disturbing to imagine this particular weapon in the hands of a liberal.
I volunteer to have one mounted on my vehicle for the morning and evening commutes. I always wanted to be able to blast the f'ing morons on the roads (as a service to my fellow human beings, of course).
