I'd deny them everything they want on principle. I'd send a message that bullying won't work. And I'd sue every one of them for tresspassing. These people are lucky they are even in this country - I know I am.
Regarding education, various statements about "the children", etc:
Leonardo DiVinci didn't have computers, free lunch in school, nice clean factory made desks, lighting, thousands and thousands of books - and look what he did. Neither did Isaac Newton, Thomas Edistone (heh), nor any of the other great thinkers. If they can't take the resources available to them and prosper, screw them.
