Why, just last Sunday our minister referred to it as "disputed holy site". /sarcasm

Israeli Police Storm Disputed Holy Site Perhaps Israel should take a cue from the Associated Press and start calling it "the occupied territories"...

If Har HaBayit is going to be returned to the Jewish People for whom G-d intended it then it won't be the Israeli government that does it. You're right. It will be God who does it in His perfect timing.

That would be something! If the Pallies and Arabs keep up their current activities, that may come to pass.

You said you would pay a hundred dollars to watch the Israeli's dismantle the AlAqsa mosque? I would like to up the ante to a hundred thousand...any advance on that?
I saw a documentary some months ago where a Sikh man in India stated 'they have destroyed 3,000 temple sites and we will dismantle them one by one...'Then the villagers, women and children included, attacked the mosque with hammers and crow-bars, and brick by brick, totally demolished the building. That's what I would like to see happen to that obscenity on the Temple Mount - where the arabs have undermined the structure by excavating and enlarging the area beneath, which was once King Solomon's stable.
The excavations carried out by the arabs now threaten a collapse of the entire structure; perhaps (inshalla?) we might yet see a fitting end to the mosque.
To see that obscenity fall into the cavern they have created beneath the Mount constructed millenia prior to the advent of islam...I would not only give every cent I have, but I would donate my time and energy to the rebuilding of the Temple for which I understand, a corner-stone has long ago been fashioned as the first step toward reconstruction.
It could be asked, why would a gentile Australian be so passionate in regard to this structure?
The last straw: The PA will not allow archeologists to search for artifacts amongst the mountain of excavated materials.
The only 'claim' islam has to the site is a reference in the koran to 'a night journey to a far place' when, it is written, mohammad flew on a magic winged horse, breathing smoke and fire, with peacock feathers for a tail, ascended to the abode of allah and spoke with him...Nowhere in that book is the name Jerusalem mentioned.

The Israelis did not "storm" anything. There was a riot at the al-Aqsa complex, the
Palestinian rioters stormed
into the mosques (which youths are generally not allowed to enter, because of their tendency to
riot), the Israelis
secured the al-Aqsa complex using less lethal weapons, and they negotiated the rioters' relatively peaceful withdrawal.
The Israelis could have stormed into the two mosques, but chose not to. To "storm" something, you have to actually go inside it, completely (and not just set up some defenses along the perimeter).
This is just another example of Jew-hating reporters slandering Israel. They like to use words like "storm" because they have violent totalitarian connotations (aka "storm troopers"). No matter what happens, Israel must be made to look as bad as possible.
Also: why is it that the reporter writes "The mosque compound is known to Jews as the Temple Mount"? The reporter is effectively claiming that it is accepted by everyone that it is a mosque compound, but it is only "known to Jews as the Temple Mount." Why do Muslims get "dibs" on the Temple Mount?

You'd think that in all that running the Palestinians might discover some Olympic sprinter.
probably not....they run kinda funny...all that shoulder flinching and falling down.
Ya....you'd think they would be better at running..seeing that they have been at it vigorously for some decades now.

There are no legitimate slammite holy sites within 200 miles of Israel in any direction to my knowledge. Like I say, I'd be happy to see the Israelis dismantle the thing to the last stone and dump the debris over the border of Saudi Arabia, other than for any gold, gold-leaf, or anything else valuable in the place; all of that should be returned to the descendants of its rightful owners, i.e. whoever the slammites stole it from.

"The mosque compound is known to Jews as the Temple Mount, site of biblical Jewish temples. The walled site is revered by Muslims and Jews and is one of the flashpoints in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict." You are aware that the Antichrist must be accepted by Israel and worshipped as the Messiah at the rebuilt Temple, are you not?
Guess what is in the way of rebuilding the Temple?

"I firmly believe that if the Ark or something else that is important to Jews and Christians turned up in Omaha, Nebraska, the islamics would claim that Omaha is "The holiest site in all islam..." Do you mean "Noah's Ark" Or The "Ark of the Covenant"?
Noah's Ark is on top of Mount Ararat. And the Ark of the Covenant is believed to be either hidden in tunnels under the Temple Mount or was carried off to Ethopia for safe keeping... Although some people believe that the Ark was destroyed, that would seem to prove difficult because even the priests would be killed even touching it. That's why they could only move it with poles through the rings on the sides. I believe that it is still in one piece with the Tablets of the Law inside, the pot of mana and Aaron's rod (or staff)...all gold and shiny.

This is not the first time Israeli forces had to go into the place to save Jewish worshippers from being pelted by rocks and other items.

"If Europe isn't careful, one of these days we just may see the Hagia Notre Dame, or an Al Aqsa mosque at Canterbury." That is not an "If", it's "When". Churches all over Europe are being converted into mosques...and some pretty large and historic ones. Churches in England and France are being bought up by muslims and being converted into mosques at an alarming rate.
