#1 would be determental to any company, most conservaties and republicans are the ones doing the work, the democrats usually have a series of syndrones that prohibit full employement. You they are alergic to all the chemicals in the work place, the dust, the work ect.plus they are late or dont bother showing up and when they they dont work very hard.

...ain't that the TRUTH! i know of at least 5 folks at my workplace who fit your descriptions perfectly! one lady (black/lesbian) comes and goes as she wishes and unfortunately the management here feel it's in the company's best interest to just let her keep going like this (i.e. they're VERY afraid of a race/gay card lawsuit brought on by this oh-so productive employee)!...

Your comment is so true that it isn't funny.
A friend of mine lived in SF (the lib capitol of the world) for a few years. She was offered a large salary and was continiously offered new jobs from other corporations that were seeking employees that actually worked.
She was straight out of high school with no college behind her at the time, so it wasn't like she was overqualified. When clients would meet with her boss and see that she was a productive employee they would try to woo her away to their company with a larger salary, more benefits, more vacation time, etc. One company manager even sent her flowers.
