It is the damn Hitperson's Union of America that is responsible for the marked decrease in the loyalty and reliabilty of US raised killers! It started (even before the union's name change) with all the pro bono work the union required members to perform for the democrat party and its leaders.

The union, in order to avoiding outside monitoring, adopted a "peer review" disciplinary committee and a "Hitperson's Code of Ethics and Behavior." The new Code prevented racial profiling and, therefore, severely limited the number of black, hispanic and Italian "clients" (hitees) that could be eliminated. Then, they could only use legally obtained and safe weapons. Then came minimum fees and government level benefits.

And, before you know it (or, as they used to say, "badda-boom, badda-bing") Italian killers joined the thousands of Saudi, Mexican, Arab and North Korean killers flooding across the Mexican border to "work" here.

"...overregulation is killing American industry."

Overregulating America's killing industry? It's all so confusing.
I'll take two shots to the head and call no one in the morning.
