Judge: No Nativity Scene Displays in NYC Schools

If San Fran can ignore the law, so can NYers. F--- the judge and his ruling. Put up what you want. If it gets torn down, put it back up. And I hope it gives extreme migraines to those who claim "pain" and "anguish" over the "oppressive environment" caused by being within earshot of a Christian symbol they can't see. Buncha serious losers.

The ruling is stupid. It makes no sense. Do Jews consider the Menorah a religous symbol? Do Muslims consider the Crescent and Star a religous symbol? If they're allowed in public schools than the Nativity should be allowed in public schools.

Having said that, it's time for people who are upset about rulings such as this one to bail out of the public schools altogether.

One of the many reasons my niece in CA was put into a Christian school was because of the hostility of her public school to Christian religious symbols -- even Christmas trees. The school had a very large Jewish population and permitted a Menorah in the vestibule, but no Christian symbols at Christmas.

Sometimes, it easier just to walk away.

Give em an inch and they take a mile. All this madness is based on a bad Supreme Court ruling in 1948, which itself was based on bad rulings regarding the 14th Amendment.

The public is black mailed into staying in the government public schools. The government forces the public to pay taxes to finance the social engineering agenda in public school. That is the ONLY reason the government and the liberals are forcing public education on the American public.

If we were given choices to pay taxes and send our kids to be indoctrinated in the filth of public schools, or keep our money and send our kids to learn in private school, guess what public schools enrollment would shrink to a fraction of it is.

I have never heard of liberals screaming about that “it is not fair for a poor kid to eat hot dog, and a rich kid to eat steak?” There is no ACLU drive to tax the public, and then dispense food equally to their children! So, why is it feeding the children bodies is not as important as feeding their minds? The answer is; the ACLU is not interested in our children, only interested in brain washing them into the PARTY LINE!

Maybe to New York judges they are, but not to Jews all over the world.

A Chanukah bush is secular.
