We Have Three Denials: Investigation Needed!

During Monday's program, I posed some questions about Alex Polier, the woman now denying any affair with John F. Kerry: When did she leave the United States? Who made her reservations? Who paid for her ticket? How long will she be gone? How is she earning a living? How long has she been engaged? Why did she tape an interview with an American network before she left? Who set that up? What about her medical records and dental records? Could we maybe see those? Why did the father say Kerry's a "sleazeball," on Friday, and now is going to vote for him on Monday? When was the last time she talked to Kerry, or someone from his campaign, and about what?
If this were Bush, those would be the questions that were being asked. The denials would not be satisfactory. After I asked those questions, I received a good-natured e-mail question from a very good liberal friend of mine in New York: "You are especially hot today El Rushbo but as a raving lib, may I ask why the answers to those questions for Alex Polier are any of anyone's business?" My reply to her was that it's anyone's business because people have alleged illicit behavior on the part of the Democratic nominee. We need those answers. It's the seriousness of the charge.
Furthermore, ladies and gentlemen, we now have three denials. We have Senator Kerry denying this, we have the woman denying this and we have the women's parents denying this. In light of this, we need an investigation. You might remember in 1988, during the George Bush-Michael Dukakis campaign, a renowned author by the name of Gary Sick wrote a book alleging that George W. Bush 41 went to Paris in 1980 to meet with the Iranians to see to it the Iranians kept our hostages in captivity until after the 1980 election. There was no evidence. In fact, somebody even said that Bush flew over there in an SR-71. An argument ensued then over whether two people can fit in an SR-71. Some people said yes in one version, other people said no in another version, only one pilot and that was it.
In 1998, when Gary Sick's book came out, Tom Foley, the speaker of the House, said this was a serious charge and we needed to investigate. Bush denied it, everybody involved denied it, the Iranians denied it. Tom Foley strode to the microphones looking very solemn, and very serious, and very hurt that somebody would accuse any American of this and he needed to get to the bottom of it.
He said that "the seriousness of this charge" was such that despite the fact that there's no evidence for this, we need to get to the bottom of it and investigate it in the Congress. Well, if denials all around constitute suspicion, and if the seriousness of the charge is such that it's serious, then this is pretty serious. Just last Friday the father says Kerry's a sleazeball and on Monday, the father is going to vote for Kerry.
This is curious, ladies and gentlemen. These denials are suspicious, and I think an investigation is warranted. This is how the Democrats would handle this, my friends. It's all about the seriousness of the charge.

If Polier says one thing now, but the opposite in December, isn't that a story? Clearly, the woman is a liar, but which is the lie? Put it this way, a woman claims to have had an affair, but she really didn't. Is she blackmailing Kerry? Can Kerry sue her for slander? You have to make an example out of these nut cases, don't you Mr. Kerry? If she was spreading lies in December, then she should be forced to pay the price. If she is lying now, she was either bought or scared off. Sounds like a story to me ABC.

Why did the father say Kerry's a "sleazeball," on Friday, and now is going to vote for him on Monday?Seems to me that John F'ing Kerry has just added another name to the sleaseball list - and that would be Mr Polier. When he was asked before being prompted, JFK was a sleazeball. Now, just 3 days later, JFK is a wonderful guy and Mr Polier intends to vote for him????? Something is damned strange here folks.....

Rush ought to set up a hot line and build a page on his site that has a Kerry time line over the past two years. My bet is that with his campaign activites and the Senate votes he's missed, we can check where he's been almost every day. Then Rush could have a call in/write in line and offer "Attaboys" to folks who send in pictures of Kerry and a "Banzai Award" if she is included in the picture.
Look, we know the sleazieness and arrogance of dems. Kerry is a Kennedy wannabe and there is no doubt that he has had a honey on the side for years. On the campaign, he can shift her costs to someone else. There have to be folks in these cities who have seen them in romantic little places have a drink or dinner.
We start with the Senate sessions. That's where we were paying him to be. His voting calendar should be on his site but, if not, use Kennedy's and then cross-check. If Rush can't do it, someone please send this to the legitimate media, maybe the National Enquirer, they may have a journalistic interest.

Other questions not being answered:
1. Why are the names of all of Kerry's interns suddenly top secret?
2. Was John Kerry ever alone with Alexandra Polier?
3. Why did Theresa Heinz-Kerry suddenly cancel all of her campaign appearances with hubby last Friday and fly to Europe without so much of a "no comment" to the media?
4. Why did the parents change their statements from "he's a sleazeball" to "we'll vote for him"??
5. Where are the letters and emails her girlfriend allegedly has?
6. If her fiance is not working in Africa (as pointed out in another thread) then who is paying for putting them up in this house in Nairobi and why?
7. Who cleansed all of the websites of information about Kerry's intern appointments and why? Usually this is public and proud news.....
Of course it is much more important for the mass media to find out why W's bathroom breaks were not recorded in Alabama nor why no one can name what magazines he was reading while on the crapper.

There's alot of questions that need to be answered...and not all of them are related to Kerry, in particular.
In 1988, while working for the Michael Dukakis campaign, Donna Brazile peddled a rumor to the media that then-Vice President George Bush was having an extramarital affair. Brazile called for Bush to "fess up" to it. Unlike the deliberate media blackout over the Kerry intern scandal, the Associated Press reported Brazile's unsubstantiated claim on October 20, 1988, when they quoted her:
"I think George Bush (41) owes it to the American people to fess up' about whether he has committed adultery, she told reporters. 'The American people have every right to know if Barbara Bush will share that bed with him in the White House.' Brazile continued: "It's important. We're not just voting for a man. We're voting for a family. The First Family is very important."
While this rumor was just that, many in the media had no problem running with this story (just as they did the Bush AWOL story) before they ever did any "investigation" into the accusation. While I commend the media for its principled position in wanting to investigate the Kerry story before going to press, it is obvious that the story here isn't what John Kerry might have done; it is what the media hasn't done...and never does when it comes to reporting on Democrat's and their foibles. Even worse than than this, is the deception by the media that this story is some sort of "dirty tricks" by Repubican operatives, when the media, itself, has known about these accusations for years.
It was Craig Crawford (Congressional Quarterly) who stated on Hannity's radio program that the Democrat, Chris Lahane, had been shopping these negative stories about Kerry to willing journalists. This gentleman also just happens to be one of Wesley Clark's press secretaries...were it was learned, that it was Mr. Clark who spoke off-the-record, as he told a dozen or so journalists that the Kerry campaign was about to implode over an intern scandal. It was also Crawford who mentioned that this was one of the reasons that Kerry didn't get the VP pick as Gore's running mate in 2000.
This negative campaigning was further corroborated by another Democrat, Pat Cadell, who while appearing on the O'Reilly factor, also said that Lahane was the one giving personal attack stories to the campaigns of, not just Clark, but to the Dean campaign, so they too, could attack John Kerry.
The media hasn't just missed these stories, they've missed entire exposes done on Kerry, by both the Boston Globe/Herald and the National Enquirer, were claims of womanizing where often sited. The story of "a gorgeous 22-year old blonde spotted leaving his Boston townhouse in 1998, while his wife was in Nantucket..." was a story easily spotted in these newspapers.
While the Kerry/intern scandal may be just another sordid rumor that may never even be corraborated, the real story here is the media's deception. Not just in ignoring a story that's only a rumor--we know they don't have a problem with Republicn rumors (see above)--but in attributing this story to Republicans when they have known all along about his so-called infidelity. The real story here, is how the media has manipulated these facts, as they have ignored those Democrats who are responsible for this story, while they blame Republicans for it. Maybe one day we will find out why it is Democrats who are attacking Kerry...and maybe, just maybe, the media will finally be able to explain why it is that Dean is stll waiting in the wings for Kerry to stumble. Hmm...that shouldn't be too hard to figure out.

TaRAYsa's certainly got the money to buy off a floozy or two, but it sounds like this girl's been blabbing her mouth off to quite a few friends and even some fellow reporters. If there's something there, I expect we've not heard the last of this, and the subterfuge in convincing the girl to recant is almost as juicy as the original sin.

I heard that theory on Hannity's radio show today...but Clark leaked about it first, and apparently quite a few reporters know about Kerry's philanderin', too. As fer Kerry looking presidential...to who? Most Americans haven't even heard of the rumors 'cuz the Press has failed to report them. We see a "firestorm" here on FR.com and Limbaugh spoke of it, but I don't think most Americans know much of anything about it. And it has now brought up Kerry's fidelity as an issue, imho.

"...why do we want to get caught up in this trivial stuff?" Good point...but I think what's interesting is that this leak came from the Left, from within the DemonRAT Party. Sure, Drudge ran with it, but Clark didn't let this slip in front of a half-dozen reporters on accident. Maybe we are getting punked, but it's also possible that the Clintons have their fingerprints all over this story.

Now they are saying that it wasn't Kerry that Alex Polier was shacking up with, but with his campaign finance manager.
What's interesting is that at the time she was working for the Associated Press -- another case in which the so-called "mainstream" press took its penchant for getting into bed with the Democrats from the metaphorical into the physical realm.
The real thing you need to be aware here is the math, and here are the key numbers:
60: John Effin Kerry's age.
65: aka, way over the hill, Teresa Heinz-Kerry's age. Past her sell-by date.
27: (also reported as 24): Alex Polier, AP bimbo's, age.
The bottom line is, as many first wives could tell ya, men tend to trade down, rather than up, in the ages of their women. Kerry had gone the opposite way (in dumping 1st wife, Julia Thorne, and ultimately landing America's wealthiest African-American, Teresa, he was trading up financially).
Polier will learn this in time. She is becoming multimillionarie Yaron Schwartzman's first wife, and her lease will be up sometime around 2015-2020.
Among Democrats and liberals, the idea of a lifetime marriage is seen as hopelessly quaint. Like raising your own children, or something.
