I look at what we are doing on mars with our technology and I can't see how it is possible that Bush was wrong on the WMD claims. He knows where they were, and he knows where they are. The time will come when we all know.

I suspect that there is some back door deals being done with Syria and Iran just like with Pakistan.

Unfortunately both successes and failures of covert ops/intel often are only known in retrospect many years after the fact, if at all.

The real problem is that decades of Rat infiltration into our national security agencies has left us with unreliable and untrustworthy intelligence apparatus. That has to be remedied ASAP to make it both feared and respected. If it is perceived without either of those qualities, it is a liability not an asset. Of course that is the goal of the Rats, who created this mess.
