Isn't this statistically correlated with the win/loss perfomance of the Bears, the Blackhawks, the Bulls etc..

Time for Comrade Daley to call for even more gun laws.

Exactly, just stay north of Roosevelt Rd, and its one of the most beautiful cities in the country.

Exactly, just stay north of Roosevelt Rd, and its one of the most beautiful cities in the country. I wish it was that simple. The west side has plenty of dangerous hoods. Though I agree that north of Roosevelt is generally better than to the south of it.

LOL! Good luck! Better yet, stave off Blago and Daley, pass preemption and push for state concealed carry. We should push for a IL-NRA membership drive by sponsoring friends, family and neighbors! Lets Roll!

Thank Dick Daley for making it a place that gun-toting individuals bent on robbery and other mayhem can be assured that law-abiding citizens who are naive enough to entrust their personal safety to the good intentions of Daley and other fantasists won't endanger them or their plans.

Though I've scarcely seen anything here over the past 9.5 years. I did, though, see someone who had just been shot in the face by a taxi driver five minutes previously. And, wow, you should have seen those cops zooming all over the place trying to find the taxi cab. We all felt so much safer knowing they'd burn up a lot of gas on our behalf after the fact.

Chicago has regained a title it didn't want: America's murder capital A lot of folks in New Orleans are going to be disappointed.
I know folks from New Orleans that seem to take pride in being the murder capital. I believe New Orleans still holds the title for murders per capita.

It was pretty nice north of Roosevelt where I lived. Of course, that was in Wheaton. Now I'm in Boise. Not too much different.
