We must come to the realization that the majority of the population is in the lower 80% to 99% percent of the bell-curve. Worth seeing again. LOL.

We must come to the realization that the majority of the population is in the lower 80% to 99% percent of the bell-curve. Yes, and it is quite disappointing that the majority of people earn less than those in the top 10%.....

You should see the thread going over there right now.
"Paul Wellstone Killed By CIA Energy Beam"
It is really funny to watch.

These quotes are scary, BUT...
Who here can honestly say that they haven't seen something equally offensive on a FR thread? I know I have.
I remember getting particularly angry over the anti-war posters that depicted/equated Bush to Hitler. I thought they were WAY over the top. Wouldn't you know... I saw two threads yesterday that depicted/equated Howard Dean to Hitler.
Is that appropriate?
I'm all for intelligent debate (which may be impossible with some members of DU ;)). We Freepers should avoid sinking to that level.

I am convinced that more than a few of these posters are "plants" from FR. Their intent is to get the most outrageous statements in print (and to garner on-the-record support for such eye-poppers) so that DU and the
Dim Party will become inseparable in the eyes of the general public from these outlandish positions.
"Hey Grandma, I know you say you've always voted Democrat, but have you really looked at what your party stands for? Come check out this website!"
How's that for a conspiracy theory?

I just got banned over there.
And I never flamed anyone.
I tried to present myself as a moderate DLCer. And I still got banned.

This quote sums up the liberal elite's thought process...
#1 - I would dare to assume that most of us here are in the upper 1%-20% of the population intelligence-wise. We must come to the realization that the majority of the population is in the lower 80% to 99% percent of the bell-curve. WE are not the norm. The Republicans understand that the average American is not very bright. They cater and pander to the masses. The Democratic Party tries to appeal to the population about "issues" that these people just don't understand.
This claptrap from a group of people that openly strives to keep minorities poor, ignorant, and dependent on government handouts so that they have a committed voting bloc from generation to genration. This is appalling.

Good Job on this thing.
It should be posted onto an e-mail and sent around to friends and family

What speaks volumes is that I can
always access Free Republic at work and the net nanny
always blocks the DU because of the foul language.
But remember, as one DU'er posted, they are the top 1-20% in intelligence. If that were true I'd burn my Mensa card.

This one was my favorite, too, pf. It drops my jaw. And the ugly comments about Michael Kelley.
I do not assume, though, that this is mainstream Democratic thought, but maybe not far from it, come to think of Dean, Clark, McAuliffe, Kennedy, Daschle, Byrd, Gephardt, Kucinich, et al....

Anyone with an IQ over double digits gets banned. They only have about 20 posters, all of whom post under 30 or 40 names. :)

I saw two threads yesterday that depicted/equated Howard Dean to Hitler. There is a one similarity. Hitler was a socialist and so is Dean. Hitler just showed what socialism can become when you rule a nation of Darwin Award wannabees.
