"Tea" is food or drink, but as for the rest of your comment, yes indeed. The laws essentially force smoking on the user in the name of economy, although (I've heard, as well) some people may have a preference for the quicker absorption rate that occurs through the lungs than the digestive system.

I hate to admit it, but as much of a douche as John is, I almost wouldn't mind seeing him win at this point. Everyone else remaining is SO STUPID and are letting themselves be played like a violin. And as evil as the whole dead grandmother thing was, it was possibly the most brilliant reality show strategy I've ever seen. Dr. Will himself couldn't pull that off.
