Oh my, it amazes me that I can breeze through FR everyday, and miss some of the best ... Thank you for pointing out the passing of someone with such wisdom and strength.
I have to admit that I wasn't aware of his presence prior to your post - but now am richer for your sharing his poetry, and others the posts containing his wisdom.
I'm on somewhat of a personal "journey" at the moment, and needed this as a reflection point. The Lord brings us things in the strangest places.
From his writing it's obvious he knew and loved his Lord! Thank you again for sharing this!

Poet's "What is Life" shows how beautifully and simply he expressed his insight. Thank you Mud for posting it.
May Poet rest in peace and may his family be comforted.

Poet: "Mud, here's one for your daughter:
Of Whom The Angels Sing
Oh yes, the Angels will sing
their voices will fill the air
they will sing of Heavenly things
of Yahshua Messiah, Yahwehs heir
Will their Hosannas ring
and reach into your heart
will you also sing
will you make a new start?
The time will surely come
when everyone
will know that He is the King
of whom the Angels sing
Those who believe
will rejoice
they will finally see Him
and hear His voice
After all those lonely years
of holding to their faith
he will wipe away their tears
as they end their long wait
When He sits upon His throne
they'll no longer be alone
the bells of Heaven will ring
of whom the Angels sing
of whom the Angels sing

Poet: Hi Mud;
Here is one of the poems on the Book of Revelation. The size of the army from the East that will attack Jerusalem is mentioned in Chaper 16 verse 16. Also, 1600 furlongs is mentioned as the length of the battlefield in Chapter 14 verse 20 which I converted to miles> I mentioned this as a matter of reference only:
A Chilling Message, A Divine Promise
Picture this, if you can
two hundred million men
spread over the land
the army of the beast
eager to feast
on the army of the Lamb
Caring not that they are damned
with raised swords in Satanic zeal
fulfilling prophecy of the Seventh Seal
Two hundred million strong
in battle two hundred miles long
battle lines have been drawn
the war at Armageddon will begin
perhaps at early dawn
The Angels of Heaven are on their way
following the Lamb in full battle array
with scythe in hand to sweep away
the "Trinity of Evil" on this horrible day
Those with the Mark of the Beast
will become a feast
for the fowls of the air
if you would be saved, be not there
Beware the great religious whore
that you enter not at her door
two will be standing
one will be taken
the one remaining
will be shaken
'Tis the start of the great Tribulation
through-out each and every nation
seven years in duration
The Fallen Angel
will be loosed from the pit
for one final battle
and that will be it
cast into the Lake of Fire
the culmination of His ire
But wait , all is not lost
a second chance, at no cost
to accept the King of Kings
of whom the Angels sing
of whom the Angels sing

Poet: "Here's my answer to the naysayers, Mud:
Validation:
Where are they?
a brief note in history
guilty of murdering
the great man of mystery
There are others
who would do the same
to anyone
preaching in His name
Like a dream they have faded away
chased away as a vision of the night
never again to see the light
His memory lives on to this day
Their triumph was shortlived
their joy only for a moment
they linger in their graves
with souls long dormant
while His words live on
theirs long gone
He wears the crown
preached from town to town
It's a battle they can't win
but they refuse to cease
their wickedness and sin
their souls will be fed to the beasts
soon to be cast into the Lake of Fire
unconsumed in eternal torment
along with the great liar

Poet: Yahweh Give Me Wings
Yahweh give me wings
let me fly, let me soar
while my soul and spirit sings
as you guide me to Heaven's door
Yahweh, give me wings
let me soar, let me fly
while I view your wondrous things
as I reach beyond the sky
Yahweh, give me wings
so I can see the things
you have prepared for me
if you find me worthy
Yahweh, I'll spread my wings
and soar thru the air
I'll reach for your Golden Rings
knowing that you are there
And should I reach Your Heavenly gate
standing in line to hear my fate
I pray that my sins are few
that I have committed none that are new
if so, please forgive that sin
in the name of Yashua, please let me in
