What is this filibuster for anyways?

When and if there is a filibuster let us know....... This is a talkathon designed to make a few points with the folks back home, imo. Maybe get a few items into the record and feel good when they have to pull the names from nomination should the President or the nominee so choose. They can tell the folks back home, we tried but those wrascally democrats wouldn't go along....
