Why is the ACLU allowed to join the case supporting MS, when her parents are excluded because "they have no interest in the case?"

Good point re: the ACLU. I guess it's harder to kill someone than it is to let them live. IN TERRI'S CASE WE HAVE A CLEAR CASE OF GENDER BIAS against Terri and her family.
