President Bush passed Amber Alert nationally, so why not Terri's Law if he supports his brother's decision?
Judge Greer is out of it, IMO, how he can consistently rule for M is way beyond my understanding...
I have heard that the Schindler's representation has been incompetent. If so that is a shame. But from what I have read Greer has summarily dismissed and ignored what the Schindler side has brought before him. If he were fair he would recongnize the incompetence and could work around it. Judges have some latitude in that.
I'm no lawyer but I'm no dummy either....

I would venture a guess that it was George Felos, assuming, as he seems to be want to do, that the masses of idiots, so intellectually inferior to him, would be too stupid to question him. I expect that most of his adoring "audiences" are democRATs of the new age, communazi persuasion; koolaid drinkers that are not exactly on the cutting edge of critical thought processes. And did anybody else think that those "brain scans" being waved about on Larry King Live, were nothing more than a stage prop?

A total of one hundred and forty-seven ( 147 ) of you took the time to rally Americans within your sphere of influence to the gross injustice being perpetrated within one state of our great country.
While we shook a collective finger of distain at the State of Florida, we also recognize the greed of a financially lucrative body parts industry, and the incredulous potential for extortion of wealth from the elderly and similarly vulnerable victims within 'the system'. They are like clay in the hands of the unscrupulous leaches in government and organized religion in every state, county and community of our country.
In His way our Heavenly Father gave each of you a very special task of bringing this evil into the light. And you responded admirably in questioning the legitimacy and morality of actions taken by those acting in our name - actions no fair minded American Citizen would approve or condone.

Jim Robinson and his family have steadily performed this Herculean task for years, and it's only when you take a hard look at a small (comparatively) body of work, as contained in Terri's Threads on FreeRepublic.com do you begin to grasp the volume of communication we 'expect' of them. Give it a minute to open up. It's a big file.
While at the same time it is at a time like this that I deeply sense the 'Terri' effort is a vivid representation the 'true grit' of the American spirit - our collective willingness to challenge injustice of any kind, anywhere.
I've got to tell you, I've got a tear in my eye right now about how proud I am to be able to call myself an American.
There are times when some of what we hear from foreigners about ourselves is true - that we may be a lot of things, but we will not - WE WILL NOT - stand by and watch anyone treated like they're more contemptible than the lowest creature on earth. Especially and I mean especially within our own Christian nation.
They took the manger away from us, and they've taken a lot away from us that made us proud of our flag and our country. But as for me, the Baby Jesus and the whole manger set will be on my front lawn this Christmas.
Once again, God bless each and everyone of you for all you're doing to stop the fast buck body snatchers and dumb ass politico's from attacking the very people who did their fair share when it was their turn to stand up for America.
They're old and defenseless now, and we owe them. We owe them big time to be sure they live that's l-i-v-e folks, NOT die with dignity.
Thank God Almighty for the presence of men and women like the Robinson family for creating FreeRepublic.com to give America a nudge once in a while. We're all too busy working a couple of jobs in every family to keep an eye on the dummies we misname. There is nothing 'honorable' about Judge Greer, and the trouble is the more we look into this sewer 'system' the more scum we're finding.
Once again FReepers, I want to take this time to say that in spite of the fact that it seems some of you have trouble getting your head through a doorway, it's obvious your heart's where it needs to be.
