PLACE: ISS Conference Room, The Florida Supreme Court Building, Tallahassee, FL

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is a meeting of the Guardian Ad Litem Qualifications Committee. The purpose of the Committee is interview applicants for the position of executive director of the Statewide Guardian Ad Litem Office pursuant to Section 39.8296, Florida Statutes (2003).

Members of the public wishing to observe the work of the Committee may do so by arriving at the Florida Supreme Court Building and notifying security personnel that the purpose of your visit is to observe the Guardian Ad Litem executive director interviews. The contact person that will escort members of the public to the ISS Conference Room is Ashley Sell. She can be reached at (850) 414-1507. Anyone needing special accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 should contact: Office of the State Courts Administrator at (850) 414-0883. Special accommodation requests under the Americans with Disabilities Act should be made at least 48 hours prior to the public hearing.

Michael has no sister,(that I am aware of) he is the youngest of 5 brothers.( Bill Jr., Scott, Brian and 1 other that I dont know the name of) he is the son of Bill and Clara Schiavo.

I think this linkage (finding out that he has the ability to kill his parents, thus showing him how to get rid of Terri through the "proper" doctor and the "proper" lawyer) is an important link in establishing the circumstantial evidence:

I didn't want to post on the old thread so I'm bringing this post over here.

I'm not sure what part of the brief you are talking about, but I believe there is no mention of the experimental treatment because this was prior to the verdict to award the money for Terri's rehabilitation. After the award there wasn't any attempt by the husband to rehabilitate Terri.

Most of us here had heard about the experimental treatment, but I don't know the date. Does anyone have the dates handy for the California treatment and the date Michael won the money for Terri's rehabilitation?

As far as some Freepers believing that this caused Terri's fractures, I've never heard that before and I very seriously doubt that the medical tratment caused the fractures. If that were true the husband and his lawyer would be all over it suing the doctors that did the treatment.

I just posted an interview I found at NPR of a woman , supposedly in a PVS, who was trying to communicate with her caregivers while they discussed when it would be convient to pull her plug. She mentions Terri's current situation

Michael Schiavo Slips into 'Carnivorative State'

(2003-10-28) -- Michael Schiavo, the Florida man fighting to have the feeding tube removed from his comatose wife, has fallen into a "persistent carnivorative state," according to an unnamed family doctor.

"He's unresponsive," said one physician familiar with his case. "When you talk about the importance of human life or the effects of slow starvation on his wife, Terri, he just glazes over. He has no comprehension. I don't think he could live more than 10 days cut off from the hope of a huge cash influx."

However, Mr. Schiavo's girlfriend insists he has more brain function than his behavior would indicate. She said he usually knows when other people are in the room and just this week she induced him to follow a $20 bill with his eyes.

"Terri's desire was that Michael would never have to live without wealth or extramarital female companionship," the unnamed girlfriend said.

Experts say few patients ever emerge from persistent carnivorative states because they're totally dependent upon increasing quantities of liquid assets.

Thank you. There is a sanctuary on the lawn in front of Hospice without walls or a roof. There may be a makeshift altar/tv tray with candles on it for dusk.

Prayers are offered up and there is also fellowship every day.

Even the police officers are amicable; especially during the Bucs game. We had no tv but we knew the score.

Just like the Lord does. All prayers offered up for Terri are being heard. Terri's angels are steadfast in prayer and deed. Terri lives.

Terri has higher name recognition than dem presidential candidates. FV
