That's what I don't get. If the money was for the sole rehab effort. Why it used for 'other' purpose is criminal? I'd want to know where it went ect. "I can't see how anyone could believe that Dr. Hammesfahr's treatment could help Terri Schiavo when the state of Florida in essence considers it to be bogus," said attorney George Felos.

Hammesfahr said his advertising claims have previously been found to be proper by state medical authorities.

Identical complaints about his advertising filed in previous years have been found to be without merit by the Board of Medicine, he said.

In addition, Hammesfahr said, Medicare officials have found his therapy medically reasonable and will allow payment for the procedure.

"If my therapy were not true, we would have been prosecuted criminally and an injunction filed against me by the state to stop me from practicing in Florida a long time ago," Hammesfahr said.

"He's always wanted the money," Michael Schiavo said of his father-in-law, Bob Schindler. "...He wants the money. He wants the control."

Michael Schiavo said two years ago he offered to donate what money was left in his wife's trust fund to charity if his in-laws would drop their legal challenge, but he said they refused. He said they also offered him $700,000 to divorce their daughter, and he refused that.

Anyone notice MS is talking out of both sides of his mouth? Both statements cannot be true.

He and his attorney refused a request by King to allow CNN cameras into Terri Schiavo's hospice room to provide independent video.

Why do you love lies, liars, and death lovers? I don't know of any real conservatives who do. You must be a fake or shizoid.

You proudly tell the world you voted for McClintock. Well guess what... Tom would never, ever be on you side in this and would rebuke you openly for you stance.

It says that the brain scans that show that Terri Schiavo's brain has atrophied were displayed on Larry King Live. I wonder how the Terri Troopers will complain about them now...

I'm the first to admit I have no specialized knowledge of brain scans.

But I have read that their interpretation can be disputed, and that often the true condition of a patient's brain cannot be determined until autopsy.

Of course, Schiavo has ordered an immediate cremation and that there be no autopsy upon Terri's death. Hmmmmm...wonder why???

When Schiavo admitted to the $700,000 offer, I nearly fell out of my overstuffed chair (and that's not easy to do).

I couldn't for the life of me understand why Larry King didn't triumphantly shout GOTCHA! at that moment.

Upon further reflection I decided that King must've realized Schiavo was such an obvious lying liar and creep, it didn't need to be underlined.
