Well, it's heartening that passengers are willing to get involved when a danger arises.

a flight from Mexico City to Paris
I'd have guessed that most Mexicans were too smart to want to travel to Paris.

Now wait for lawyers sharpening their knives to go after airlines, pantyhose makers, plastic handcuffs, whiskey makers, air traffic controllers, flight attendants, passengers, bottle makers, Paris, Mexico, US, anybody left out?
Ban the airlines, alcohol and warn people about flying to Paris. Seriesly!

the crew moved him to the back of the plane where they subdued him with a woman's panty hose.I thought flight crews carried cable ties or other devices meant for restraining unruly passengers. Why on earth did they have to go scrounging for panty hose?!

Wasn't that a CSI script?Just damn.
If you want on the new list, FReepmail me. This IS a high-volume PING list...
[As i mentioned, the B/C & JD! lists are going to float into and out of whack over the forseeable future, while I try to cobble a rig back together for myself. My apologies for any incovenience or misunderstandings in this time frame. New signups/removals may be flaky in this time-frame as well; please bear with me, and keep in mind you may have to FReepmail me more than once for me to get it done. Thanks again!]

Pure self-defense. Can't take a chance in an airplane.

We need to start teaching our kids in school how dangerous pantyhose are. They should be taught that if they see pantyhose, they shoud not touch them and run to tell a responsible adult.
Congress needs to act NOW to ban these dangerous weapons in our country. We need to do it for the kids.

Why is it there's all these incidences now days? In the past, passengers behaved themselves. Or maybe we didn't hear about it.
