According to the liberals the election shouldn't have been held in California because six counties still had the outdated and inaccurate punch card voting. But in Georgia the election is fraudulent because they DON'T have punch card voting. Whatever helps them the most. It never ceases to amaze me.

If he "can't" vote in the American elections or legally donate money to the Democrat (or Green Party) campaigns, he'll try to influence the American elections by publishing agitprop at home and abroad.

And with CFR, the candidates and interests groups are even denied the purchase of airtime to dispute such claims if the attacks come late in the campaign.

Keep the American Presidential elections in America.

The Rats would prefer to "estimate" the number of votes received just like they would like to estimate the census figures.

In regards to the Georgia Senate/Governors race (I feel I can comment on it since I live in Georgia). The reason Max Cleland lost was because he was properly exposed as having a very liberal voting record that just did not fly among Georgia voters. His suppossed military knowledge was not a factor since he was running against someone who was on the House Intelligence committee. Plus Bush was popular in Georgia (he won GA in 2000 by a bunch) and he visited here alot during the closing days of the camplaign. Also, georgians like their senators to have a bit of an independent streak (especially if they're demorcrats) such as Sam Nunn and Zell Miller. Cleland simply never established himself as a person with an independent flair.

In regards to the governors race, it is such a lovely myth to blame it on the confederate flag. Zell Miller was much more vocal to change the confederate flag when he was governor and he won re-election as governor and overwhelmingly won his senate race. Roy Barnes put alot of his governorship on being an "education" governor. The problem was that just before the election, Georgia's education rank went from 47 to 50. Plus perhaps there was a dynomo effect from Bush to Chambliss to Perdue.

Understand this, in America democrats never really lose elections. They always have an excuse for why they lost

In 1980 Reagan did not win, Bush went to France to keep the hostages in Iran

In 1984 Reagan did not win, the american people were just fooled by his cleverness and slick marketing campaign

In 1988 Bush did not win, he just ran a racist campaign appealing to the racist instincts in people

In 1994, Republican did not win congress, They "took it over" with a "contract ON america"

In 2000, the "stole" the election ETC...etc...etc...

Get the idea? BTW, say hi to Zena the Princess Warrior for me. LOL!

... they need to have a 'paper trail' ie; a receipt that tells you how you voted, and/or another receipt that you look at then drop in the old style ballot boxes, in case there needs to be a recount.

You are exactly right. And if the article had explored such solutions, rather than emphasizing the scary GOP stories, it surely would've gotten a sympathetic response here. A paper record doesn't guarantee fair vote, but the lack of paper record sure seems like an invitation to fraud.
