The way I see it, which is pretty simple and from afar, is that if the people of the state put dems in power, it is a good lesson to them if they have to lie in the bed they make, at least for a time.

Let the liberals who put this dictator in power smell the coffee, get all worked up, suffer a bit and turn strongly against what they voted into office. Then the president could get involved....timing is everything.
