Former Vice President Joe Biden told Iowa Radio he would not pardon President Donald Trump if the president is impeached and removed from office. He was making a clear reference to President Gerald Ford pardoning President Richard Nixon once Nixon was impeached. The pardon kept Nixon from being prosecuted for his role in the Watergate scandal.
“It wouldn’t unite the country,” Biden said about a potential pardon. “You’d say: ‘Wait a minute. I get a parking ticket and I’ve got to pay it. This happens to me and I’ve got to go to jail. This guy does all these things that put us jeopardy and he gets off?"
"And I think President Ford, God love him he’s a good guy, I knew him pretty well, I think if he had to do it over again he wouldn’t have done it…because he didn’t get re-elected," the former vice president said.

Nixon was not impeached, he was not removed from office via impeachment. My understanding (and I was a kid so I could have this wrong) was the Ford’s pardon removed the possibility of some further legal prosecution of Nixon.

What should be looked into and brought to public attention is the connection to the corruption used by the swamp creatures Trump would put a screeching halt to. Federalist—According to Burisma’s website, Joseph Cofer Black (Romney adviser) was appointed in February of 2017 and continues to serve on its board. The timelines would indicate that Black and Biden worked together at Burisma, and indeed, web archives from late 2017 show Black and Biden listed simultaneously on the board.

KYIV. Oct 9 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden received $900,000 for lobbying activities from Burisma Group, Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada member Andriy Derkach said citing investigation materials.
Derkach publicized documents which, as he said, “describe the mechanism of getting money by Biden Sr.” at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine’s press center in Kyiv on Wednesday.
“This was the transfer of Burisma Group’s funds for lobbying activities, as investigators believe, personally to Joe Biden through a lobbying company. Funds in the amount of $900,000 were transferred to the U.S.-based company Rosemont Seneca Partners, which according to open sources, in particular, the New York Times, is affiliated with Biden. The payment reference was payment for consultative services,” Derkach said.
