I am against abortion (after reading Ann Coulter and Jonah Goldberg), but I think that odious practice should be decided by the states, too. It was before the wretched Roe v Wade.

I’m a Tenth Amendment guy, but the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments essentially prohibit abortion, in my view.

Amendment V: “No person shall... be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law”

Amendment XIV: “No State shall...deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
