The USA Senate should never have its urgent business held up by an aging & ailing Senator. Senator, John McCain, Arizona, who is now not sound of mind or body, should gracefully remove himself from the Senate by resigning immediately and retiring to an "Old Age" home, where he rightfully belongs.
The Governor of Arizona, under law should immediately appoint a replacement to serve out the unexpired term of the failing Senator McCain. End of story.

Facts are, McCain is both seriously ailing with cancer and, even worse, he has gone senile, as his open public testimony recently & clearly outlines. Poor soul has lost his marbles in & with his inner hate and envy for POTUS, Trump!!! This guy is not hitting on all eight cylinders and needs to remove himself from public service.
This episode of McCain and other “aged”, incompetent wrecks still in congress is the true reason we, Americans need to immediately enact “Term Limits” for both House and Senate members, Twelve years for Senators & Six years for House members. McCain is just tip of the aged iceberg problem throughout the entire congress, Democrat & Republican alike.
America sorely needs citizen legislators, not professional political hacks, regardless of political party.
