As News 8's Hannah McDonald reports, the cold weather is having an effect on guests who are waiting outside the Giant Center.
Vice president-elect Mike Pence is also listed on the schedule.
The "USA Thank You Tour" event at the Giant Center begins at 7 p.m.
Don’t be surprised if Trump serves them hot chocolate.
He will be greeted by all the folks who make Hersey’s chocolate, with and without nuts.

I watched Trump’s WI speech. In the speech he said that he believed the polls on Election Day and thought that he was going to lose. He also said his kids called him and said the exit polls look bad. I don’t remember the exit polls looking bad for him, and why would he believe them when they were so wrong in 2004? I don’t know if Trump was just being dramatic though.
