Trump thanked them, and perhaps signaled they will be near him in the White House

IA, I think I would rather see someone else cleaning up the DOJ.

Absolutely. Like Rudy.

Christie's cozy hug with Der Hussein before Sandy sends bells and whistles off.

How about Rudi? I didn’t want him for a president, but AG could be a good fit for him.

“Give him something to dismantle”

Great - I literally LOL’d! Shades of “Clyde, scrap the Caddy...”

Come on! "Bridgegate = Bullsh*tGate.

Try to explain that to the two aides that were convicted of "conspiring to misuse Port Authority property by fraud and conspiring to deprive people of their civil rights."

Chris Christie allies convicted in ‘Bridgegate’ trial

They are appealing, but Trump doesn't need this kind of controversy in his Cabinet at the outset.

Very true. But then again, to many here, loyalty doesn’t mean much to them.

Great assessment and speculation. I’ve never had any respect for Prius Priebus Penis...

What about Democrat Jim Webb for head of the FBI?

Yes. TWO AIDES. That's the point. NOT Christie. So the context is "Bulls*tGate" as it pertains to the MSM hanging it around Christie's neck.

Is he really expected to baby-sit a couple of power-abusive A-holes?? AND then take the hit for them? I think not.

Apparently not.

Christie and ONLY Christie stood but Trump's side as you and I both witnessed. That took guts. Guts when the chips are DOWN should be rewarded. It's easy to share a stage after others bled on the battlefield.

Thank you sir.

I see it your way; Prius pussy-footed around, hung Trump out to dry when the going got tough. We heard NOTHING from him in public. He played it as safe as can be.

Why should we or anyone be giving him yuge props for preventing a totally unjustified Ryan-McCain led near-mutiny? If Princess can't prevent that, then WTH is he doing as RNC Chairman? (both of us also know the RNC is a corrupt cabal that Princess was/is part of.)

Well, if *you're* comfortable with a globalist-firster CFR cultist, then that's you're opinion.

Bolton would find a reason to start a shooting war with Jehovah's Witnesses and Quakers.

Give him something to dismantle if you have to use him.

Well, somebody's going to have to step in to replace Comey. If Rudy's AG, then Christie's just the pit bull to send in there. I don't want Christie anywhere near policy, but he does have his useful qualities, you've got to admit. In the right role he'd be a real asset.
