My Money Is on a Trump Victory

American voters at least have an opportunity to know more with Fox News, Breitbart, ect. Canada basically has no conservative voice to speak of in print or media and in fact no conservative institutions. Yes, we have the Fraser Institute and the Taxpayer Federation, but neither are self described conservative groups (one simply being an advocacy for taxpayers, and the other a research group). Not to mention AM radio in the US. And whether we like to admit it or not, what happens in the US will have major repercussions for us as well, both politically and culturally.

My wife is American but feels she gave up her right to vote when she moved here to Canada. She doesn’t like Trump, which is academic, which I still find strange, since she was prepared to support Romney, who was the biggest RINO of all.
