LAWS ARE FOR THE LITTLE PEOPLE: Harry Reid admits to violating election law, (truncated)

LAWS ARE FOR THE LITTLE PEOPLE: Harry Reid admits to violating election law, but FEC won’t prosecute.

The Federal Election Commission, which considered legal action against former Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee for joking about fundraising, won’t punish Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid for admitting to violating an election law.

The reason: It’s not worth the effort.

The agency voted 4-0 against pursuing action after FEC lawyers wrote a four-page memo that said Reid’s fundraising committee admitted to failing to comply with an election law requirement, but that it wasn’t worth the time or money to prosecute.

Boy, people in the government sure reach that conclusion a lot when powerful Democrats are involved.

What exactly did he violate. No one has ever spelled it out.

I would dearly love to know how his face was bashed in, who did, why they did it, and why Reid isn’t seeking reelection.

Because they know the inner city welfare slaves and the urban serfs, a total of 97%, will do nothing.

They erroneously think the 3% will continue to do nothing as well.

Just another agency for Trump to sweep clean.

Your key to getting off any criminal allegations against you:
1. “...in furtherance of the Commission’s priorities, relative to other matters pending on the Enforcement docket” — make sure the government entity going after you has a full docket.

2. “...in light of the corrective actions taken by the Reid Committee” — Say you are sorry and take some bogus “corrective action.”

3. “...and the modest amount in violation” — Don’t be too greedy. Keep your crime modest in scale.

There you have it...the Harry Reid Foolproof Method for Skating.

Free as a bird, guilty as hell. Is this a great country or what?

You can tell he wanted his mummy when that happened. He hasnt been quite the same since. He went from being a major a-hole to a just an a-hole after that. I'd guess someone knocked a chip off his shoulder.

No reasonable prosecutor. Boy, are they ever going to regret that phrase.

It was in the article. His committee sent out an email soliciting donations for another candidate, but the email didn’t have the required statement that all donations had to be compliant with federal limitations. They did send out a follow-up email with the required statement.

I’m sure this doesn’t make Harry Reid’s top 100 violations of the law. If this caused him any problems, it would have been like Al Capone going to jail for jaywalking instead of tax evasion.

Yeah I don't see it as a big thing really in contrast to all the other BS je's been involved in. I guess we'll just have to hope that he screws over his mob connections again. It seems they're the only ones enforcing justice these day...well unless you're a peon with no money and easy to prosecute.

Common law is dead. We now have a two tiered system where the ruling class is exempt from the laws they pass for the peasants.

Common law is dead. We now have a two tiered system where the ruling class is exempt from the laws they pass for the peasants. It is called Legalism. The Law's become a social engineering tool for the Elites who're themselves exempt.
That is tyranny.
