Dick Morris, the former Clinton adviser turned Clinton critic, is in talks to join Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, according to one report.
According to New York Magazine, if hired, Morris would join the Trump campaign’s “Hillary unit” to help go after the likely Democratic nominee.
“It’s on the table,” a Trump adviser is quoted as saying about Morris. “Some of the most important info about the Clintons is 20 years old.”
Neither Morris nor Hope Hicks, a spokeswoman for Trump, immediately responded to a request for comment from The Daily Caller on Tuesday.....

This could actually work in Trump’s favor as long as Trump remembers the Morris Rule: Whatever Morris predicts, believe the opposite.

What is hilarious is, every time someone is rumored to be joining Trumps’s campaign there are those on FR who thing it’s such a grave error. Don’t you guys think Trump knows what he’s doing? And his staff? If you can’t trust him to make a simple choice of a short-term staff person who might bring needed expertise (and who would have a boss, not free reign to do whatever they pleased) - then how can you support Trump to become President where he will make far more significant decisions every day?

He might join the Hillary unit. He won’t be the campaign strategist. I’ve been listening to his podcast and he has a lot of insight on how the Clintons operate.
As long as it is to provide inside info on Hillary, then good.
Keep him sequestered in that specific department and utilize everything he has.
