Odd that so many inconvenient people ended up in Rock Creek Park during the Clinton years.
I thought that Perot was our last chance, but Trump has made me believe that the impossible is now probable, and I too pray for the Trump family’s safety.
What Trump is as courageous an act as the signers of the Declaration of Independence, and although I’m not naive to think he will be perfect, compared to the dreck we’ve been subjected to it’ll be like an oxygen mask in the sewer!

Interestingly oddly ironically true.
I don’t see Trump picking Cruz at all, no reason to. Even though he won the Texas primary, he got the least % of any Texas Senator before him. Texas shouldn’t be a problem for Trump in the general and Trump has already taken most of his Evangelical voters, so what good is he to Trump.
Rubio is no help to him in Florida
Carson doesn’t bring help in any state, but as head of the DOE would be really helpful
Christy is no help in NJ
Kasich could help in Ohio, but even though Trump will tack to the middle for the general, he would have to reverse almost everything he has said the past 2 weeks.
I think he will maybe focus on someone who could help with Ohio, Penn, Nev, FL or Arizona

True that, but he may bring a larger percentage of the black population which may be even more helpful than a single state. It may even bring many states.
I read somewhere that if a candidate drops out, his delegates are no longer committed on the first ballot. That means the GOPe would have to worry that some of them would go with Trump. So Rubio and Kasich have to stay in to the convention. Which would take votes from Cruz and prevent it from being a one on one death cage match. We’ll see how the GOPe chooses to play it.
