Actual journalism would be improved, as a first step, by denying news reporters the use of adjectives. If they still tried to manipulate the reader, we’d yank adverbs. Then we’d yank nouns. That’d show them. LOL
I have seen it in both the comments section and the titles.
It’s not the quotes per se.
It is when you cut and paste something that has quotes in it.
Actually , there seem to be more than just one ‘reason’ for this bug. I.E. It occurs in different circumstances and in different ways.
