White House press secretary Josh Earnest opened his daily press briefing with an unsolicited broadside on Republicans, saying they are “out of step” with Americans’ values on race relations and immigration.

Haha..looks like trump has hit a nerve and the White House is nervous.

You mean like Pres 0bama won’t be criticized by Democrats and other liberals?

What a piece of idiocy. He already has been criticized by masssively more Reps than have supported him.

Bald faced lie.
Republicans have been tripping over themselves to condemn what Trump said.
Which has made Trump more poular than ever.
And the GOP more despised than ever.

“C’mon you Republicans! We need to you to get out there and denounce Trump! If you don’t do it, you won’t get prime seats at our Friday cocktail lounge!”

Yes, with one exception.
It’s telling how many of them came out with essentially the same talking points.

What Trump has over any of the candidates is an intoxicating enthusiasm that says we can win in life. We can succeed. We can make money. We can thrive. We are unbeatable. Americans love to hear that whether white, Hispanic, black....

Trump knows how to negotiate and sell ideas. The other candidates could not sell water in the desert. He has courage and lots of it and he is leading and showing how it’s done.

No matter which candidate speaks they are so depressing to listen to. They just are. Trump knows how to fire people up and he sure seems to know where he is headed and he has a track record to prove it.

I love it that so many underestimate him. The bodies of millions of people are strewn in history because they underestimated an individual or a movement.

I hope they underestimate him more and more. Hillary Clinton has already elevated Trump as a contender. Now Obama is elevating him as a contender while all the other candidates are barking like a pack of dogs at the pound.

Trump is moving the pieces on the chess board just in the way he wants.

He may just negotiate himself into the presidency with millions wondering how he pulled it off.

We’ve been trying politicians for a long time with the current results.
Why not give Trump a try?

When the Pubbies were silent a week or so ago Trump was supposedly in 2nd behind Little Jebbie. Pubbies (except for Cruz) come out swinging this week and zoom, there goes Trump to the top of the polls.

I love Cruz and have been since his national introduction but its obvious the media is keeping him out of their cameras and he just isnt getting any traction off the 4-5% I know he needs to appear in a nationwide debate so that the lazy voter can tune in and get past the filter for once.

I dont see it happening so far so what I think is the ticket would be Trump/Cruz. That way things get done, Cruz gains the recognition and admiration which sets him up for 8 years, possibly 16 total in the White House.

Many are against Trump over Clinton donations but he is a businessman and is simply greasing the palms of the corrupt so that he can get things done. Over time as he has aged I hope and do believe that he has changed his beliefs in many areas such as being Pro Life, we all get wise as we get older. I’m certainly not saying he is Reagan, but the Gipper did evolve himself. At this point in America, I am willing to give Trump a chance.

For money, here is the dream election in 2016. For once lets have a real reality check here in the US. Where do we really stand?

Trump/Cruz vs Sanders/Warren

And whats best, is that he could do it basically without spending a dime. He is now the GOP front runner and I dont think he even has a website. True to the Trump TV show tradition, if he decides to collect campaign contributions, like he always says, “it all goes to charity” and have some civic engagment with non profits, Vet relief.

The dems line up some old fart like Hillary or Bernie and its a snore fest. Trump goes on TV and can line up all these A and B list celebs of all backgrounds who have appeared on his Apprentice show and all the low info voters swoon.

Dont laugh, but like you said, Trump could negotiate his way to the White House but yet not spend a darn cent to do it.

I think what is amazingly brilliant about Trump amongst many things is that he is getting tens of millions of dollars of free publicity from the fools of the MSM and with the help of Obama and Hillary.

His competitors see this and are furious. Rubio is airing his commercials on Iran right now and I honestly think he is pathetic. He sounds like a public service announcement. Meanwhile Trump is carpet bombing the political landscape probing who is on his side and who is not.

That is the first step to negotiating. He is simply assessing what he has to work with and doing a damn good job. What a leader he is not hiding under his mattress like Obama or Hillary. He has claimed the high ground and with each passing day it is getting more and more difficult to knock him off.

I really hope he is more and more underestimated. People may wake one day and simply wonder what went wrong and why Trump is in the White House.

Currently Trump has the press.....he knows how to do that...just like Hollywood does...’any’ press is good press.

He probably won’t be able to keep this momentum for the long haul...but he’s got the stage right now and really setting the table if he continues as so.

He’s talking to “The People” and he’s battling the political elite. That sets well with the mood of the public.

ALL of the Rep candidates will be frozen out by the Media-Crony Capitalist-Political Complex. Their chosen candidate is Jeb Bush and Jeb WILL be the nominee. That’s just the way it is folks.

Some of the rest are potential Veeps and I’m sorry to say Ted Cruz won’t be one of them.

It will take a virtual revolution, an undeniable, irresistible rebellion by a powerful, well-financed, charismatic individual to even have a ghost of a chance of overcoming the MCCP Complex’s money and propaganda machine.

Only a massive, tectonic political shift will upset the Clinton vs. Bush Kabuki dance the Ruling Class has planned for those who still think elections are “fair” and not a rigged popularity contest.
