Not much of a shock as disgusting as their conduct is. If these folks actually started discussing personal responsibility as something to aspire to, within a generation, there would cease to be Black Democrats in Congress (replaced with Black Republicans). They need the criminality and victimization mentality to continue or the gravy train comes to a screeching halt for the racist Democrat/Communist parasites.

Just more “Street Rats” doing what they do. Who is REALLY surprised at these beatings, killings, robberies and such? If we had a REAL JUSTICE system, these street rats would be rotting in the ground.
The CBC is moving that all police employed by the municipalities in St. Louis County have to live in the municipality the work in.
North St. Louis County is in big trouble...
Most of those police agencies are white. The housing stock and schools are dismal. So, you will see police departments become almost exclusively black in a short period of time. Here is the problem and a secret no one wants to talk about.
There are not enough black folks who want to be the police and a great many of the black officers who work the area are train wrecks, on and off duty. Look for this area to become even more crime ridden and corrupt.
If true, then it would seem appropriate for Clay to provide the list of these victims, so that Congress could honor each of them. This could be done in a quiet, respectful moment of silence in the House.
Oh, wait. There is no such list. Would such a list be so short as to be meaningless?
The truth is about a hundred black men are shot and killed by police each year. Not an epidemic when you consider that many are killed by other black men in two months time in Chicago, just one city in the US.
They also don’t take into account that 9 out of 10 offenders shot by the police survive and much of that is due to lifesaving actions of the police and the outstanding gunshot treatment advances America has developed, primarily in response to the anti-social behavior of a small but deadly segment of the US.
All of this is going to cause legislation and policies that are going to cause police officers to hesitate when the shouldn’t for fear of disproportionate reprisal.
Truth be known, most police officers who work in urban or near urban areas have had opportunities to use justified deadly force and did not shoot.
I have personally had several.
I’m not surprised.
