'Dictator Palin' Could Control U.S. Spying, Warns Rep. Alan Grayson (Video)

Rep. Alan Grayson (D-Fla.) recently expressed his concern about Sarah Palin someday becoming president and having control over the information gathered by the U.S government about Americans citizens.

In an interview with Shark-Tank.net, Rep. Grayson said he has introduced a bill, 'The Mind Your Own Business Act,' that would ban the U.S. Department of Defense from gathering Internet, phone and other personal information about U.S. citizens without probable cause or evidence of a criminal offense, which is what the Fourth Amendment is supposed to do.

Rep. Grayson explained how 'The Mind Your Own Business Act' was modeled "very closely after a bill introduced by a Republican, Rand Paul." He has also set up a website where the public can sign a petition in support of the bill.

Before the end of his interview, Rep. Grayson painted a potential scenario that worried him (video below).

“I heard Rush Limbaugh ranting almost incoherently about this just a few days ago on the radio. He is very concerned about the fact that ‘Dictator Obama’ can get this information. I’m more concerned about the possibility that Dictator Palin can get this information, but regardless of who we are concerned about, the fact is we are both concerned," said Rep. Grayson.

I know exactly what she’d do with the info. She’s a mom; therefore, she’d dispatch our private info as quickly and as efficiently as any mom would do to a Playboy or can of Copenhagen hidden between her son’s matress and box springs.

And when the libs are in firmly in power they never think twice about the ramifications of installing more levers of power for themselves then they whine when they are out of power that those levers could be used against them....

Liberals: lack of Forward thinking is ironic when their new slogan is “forward”....

No wonder their logo is an ASS, because they are dumbasses...

I’ve been expecting something like this. Now that the dems have all the info in their possession they want to close the door before republicans get full access to it as well. Comprehensive info on every citizen was the last piece they needed for their election advantage “killer apps”.

As I remember, the NSA spying really ramped up under the Obama administration. At least the Bush administration was a little more restrained.

But, Obama claimed that he would end it, during his campaign in 2008. Yet, he expanded it instead. And Grayson thinks Palin could be evil? The personification of evil is already in the Oval Office.

But he loves Obama. Grayson is what people like Himmler and Goering were made of.. He’d fall in line with an Obama dictatorship in two seconds.

It appears that Grayson's release from that mental hospital was a bit premature.

Interesting, he still signals that Governor Palin is the one that they think of when naming republican opposition. This reminds me of how Obama has always seen Palin as the big dog GOP challenger to him, including those weeks in 2008 when even the media was pleading with him to stop treating Palin as his opponent for the presidency.

talk about hypocrisy. Alan isn’t even arguing about the principle of spying. He just don’t like the other side to have that information, but its okay for Obama

The point is that no president or wold be president should have that kind of unaccountable power.
