You might start here...
@Missouri Revised Statutes
TITLE IX SUFFRAGE AND ELECTIONS August 28, 2011

This might get you closer...
@Chapter 115 Election Authorities and Conduct of Elections Section 115.761

115.761. 1. The official list of presidential candidates for each established political party shall include the names of all constitutionally qualified candidates for whom, on or after 8:00 a.m. on the fifteenth Tuesday prior to the presidential primary, and on or before 5:00 p.m., on the eleventh Tuesday prior to the presidential primary, a written request to be included on the presidential primary ballot is filed with the secretary of state along with:...

I don't see anything about challenges. Good lick.

Of course not.

The current Missouri SOS is Robin Carnahan, daughter of former Gov. Mel Carnahan (who was elected posthumously to the US Senate in 2000). Robin, one of the George Soros' "SOS Project" (or whatever it was called) "success-stories," has written ballot summary language to prior bills - most notably 2006 Amendment 2 on stem-cell research and the "Puppy Mill" Prop B in 2010 - that had no relation to content and/or reality.

Why would anyone expect her to write truthful, accurate information about anything she/Soros opposes?!

Just asking.....

I'm curious...are you the only person from Missouri at FR?
@Freepers in ... Missouri
@Locales > The U.S. State of Missouri
I guess not.
I noticed that you were asking your question at your State board as well.

Ahhhhh...you're a relocated Aggie! You sure must be feeling lonely up there.
