Rush Limbaugh appeared on "Fox News Sunday" today, and said Sarah Palin is ready to be president. He also predicted a revolt against Democrats in 2010, and a loss for President Obama in 2012:

O’Reilly and Beck were discussing recently and they agreed .. but they conditioned it on her coming book tour. Both seemed to believe that this book tour was going to be the big test to gage her readiness to be president.
Not sure I agree .. but it’s an interesting take.
Lets do something in 2010 first so she has at least the house of reps.
Rush also predicted Hillary would never run for the Senate.
She is READY! I want her to be the nominee of both the GOP and state-level conservative parties like the Conservative Party of New York State. There is plenty of time before 2012 to build a network based on the model we have seen in NY State.
With that kind of support — a mixture of traditional Republicans and third-party conservative diehards outside the party elite — Palin would be unbeatable. And she would not have to worry about having to move left to win over the RINOs. In fact, if the GOP failed to nominate her, she could just use the state-level conservatives to roll right over the RINO candidate AND Obama.
He was right about McCain; he is right about Palin, too!
Sarah has backbone and good conservative instincts. With a good team, she will make a great president.
It’ll be a big test on how she handles herself and not least on the contents of the book itself - whether it’s seen as serious of just fluff.
I suspect she’ll surprise everyone, again.
Save for later!
I have been listening to Rush too much, I knew what every one of his answers would be.
I totally agree!
Your point is 100% invalid.
Predicting a politician’s future subjective intentions is very different from analyzing objective readiness for political office.
One is based on guessing about what goes on in a person’s mind while the other is simply observing externally evident qualities.
Rush knows what he’s talking about here.
However, I am happy to see that she is NOT the frontrunner. Let Huckabee and Romney fight out the frontrunner status. At this stage of the game, the frontrunner crashes and burns way too soon. (Except, sadly, for Dole, who didn't crashed, but burned-out way too late for anyone to do anything about it.)
And REAL support and trust. That would be a first for a while I am thinking
No, he thinks he knows what’s going on in these peoples minds.
When she was running with McCain it was with his team and they really did not like her!
So you’re telling me what’s going on in his mind?
