Obama was to speak at the Macomb County Community College in Warren, Michigan where he would inform them that the thousands of jobs lost in the collapse of the auto industry would never return and it was time to start looking to new industries for future employment, as well as the training of workers for those jobs. As to just what those industries might be or any specifics on the type of training needed it was too soon to say...

The people of Michigan have tried every Democrat recipe for failure and see where it has gotten them. They have yet to try a conservative recipe for success.

Michigan has multitudes of the prime Baraqqi coalition members:
union members and their kin
minorities
illegal immigrants
dead voters
welfare recipients
According to the state poll on June 8 he was at 71%. Thats an 11 point drop in a little over 30 days. Unemployment in May was at 14.1% and the U.S.Labor Dept. should have figures for June this week. It’s predicted to be higher. Right now the National average is at 9.5 and expected to hit double digits. Granted 60% is still a very respectable number but indicators show more slippage to come. Time to go out and sing to the masses.

B.O. is there for a reason. Its starting to “stink” and just like Ohio his his numbers will start edging down. It wouldn’t surprise me if it to was double figures. The McCain cross-overs are starting to come around.
